From the proforma to the e-BRC, DocInflow reads each export and import document, checks it against the deal and against every other document at each stage, and keeps your FEMA deadlines on a clock.
A fictional shipment in the DocInflow product. Every company and number is invented.
They arrive over months, from a dozen parties, and one wrong figure in any of them can hold up payment or a FEMA filing.
LC, collection, advance or open account. Each changes which documents you need and what they must say.
Nobody can say at a glance what has arrived, what is missing and what isn't needed.
A weight on the B/L, a figure on the insurance, a drawee on the draft. Found when the bank or buyer pushes back.
Shipping bills, what is still owed, by when and under which rule, tracked by hand.
"Every deal is set up by hand before anyone can check it."
"We only knew a document was missing when the bank asked for it."
"The B/L said one weight, the packing list another."
"Nobody could tell me if the shipment was in good shape."
"Our realisation dates were in a spreadsheet nobody owned."

Meridian Textiles, Harbour Lane Apparel, Eastbay Commercial Bank and every figure shown are fictional.
What is built, and a calculator for your own numbers. The savings are estimates.
Estimates only. Assumes 45 minutes per shipment with DocInflow, staff time at ₹800 an hour, and half of rework avoided by finding problems first.
Trade Finance is about letters of credit: examining the credit and presenting a clean set. EXIM covers the whole shipment under any payment term, from the proforma to the e-BRC, plus the FEMA register and realisation dates. Both run on the same platform.
65 trade document types, including the proforma, PO, sales contract, LC and amendments, commercial and GST invoices, packing list, bill of lading, airway bill, lorry receipt, certificate of origin, insurance and inspection certificates, bill of exchange, shipping bill, bill of entry, bank remittance advices, MT103, FIRA and e-BRC. Scans, PDFs, zips and email all work.
Figures, dates and tolerances are decided by rules in code. Wording, such as a clause or a description, is read by DocInflow's models, which must state a conclusion; anything they can't decide is held back for your team, not passed. The score is always computed by the rules.
No. If a credit carries a sanctions clause, DocInflow flags it so your team confirms screening was done.
No. The register keeps what is owed, by when and under which rule, and you record what the bank did. Closing an entry is the bank's act.
Yes. Waive it with a reason, or mark it a false alarm. The engine's score stays as it was, a reviewed score shows the effect, and every decision is kept in the history.
Your documents are stored in India. DocInflow never trains any AI model on your documents or the data extracted from them. That is a contractual commitment, not just a setting.
